Being a relatively new player in the semiconductor industry at the time, Sigma built its reputation through constant perseverance. This has earned us a reputable image in the market. We specialize in OEM spare parts for front-end equipment (FOL) and back-end equipment (EOL) that often paired with testing and finishing machinery.
To date, with more than 30 years of establishment and a combined experience of 50 years in this field, Sigma has gained a strong edge in product knowledge and manufacturing processes, paving the way to where we are today.
Over the years, Sigma expanded its presence to the Northern and Southern regions of Peninsular Malaysia in 1995 and 1996 respectively. Today, we have captured almost all Semiconductor Component Manufacturing locally, along with major markets from Thailand, Singapore, and China.
